Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and ERZTECH TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED ("we", "us"), the company that makes UShow. They cover the UShow app, UShow accounts and cloud backup (together, "UShow"). By using UShow you accept them. If you use UShow for a church or another organisation, you accept them for that organisation too.
Using the app
You may install UShow on as many computers as you need and use it free of charge, for church services and any other lawful presentation. You may not sell UShow, pass it off as your own, or try to get around how it is built or licensed. Parts of UShow come from open-source projects under their own licences, which these terms do not limit.
Your content is yours
Songs, slides, media and everything else you put into UShow belong to you or to whoever you have permission from. We claim no rights to them. If you use cloud backup, you allow us to store and copy your content only as needed to keep and restore your backup.
Licences for what you show
You are responsible for having the right to show and copy what you put on screen: song lyrics and music, videos, pictures and Bible translations. In many countries churches need a licence, such as one from CCLI, to show song lyrics. UShow does not include such licences, and we are not connected to or endorsed by CCLI. The Bibles bundled with UShow are public domain.
Accounts
Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time in the app; see Delete your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use UShow to store or show anything illegal, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attack, overload or probe our servers. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.
Cloud backup
Cloud backup is an extra copy, not your only one. Keep your own copies too, using UShow's export. We take care to keep backups safe and available but cannot promise they will never be lost or unavailable. If backup is turned off for your church, we keep the copy for 30 days and email every member before deleting it.
Price
The app is free. Cloud backup is an optional subscription, and it is not on sale yet. Before you pay for anything we will say clearly what it costs, and you will always be able to export your own content.
No guarantee
We work hard to make UShow reliable, but it is provided as it is. We can't promise it will be free of faults or work with every computer, screen or file. Please test your setup before every service.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost content or a disrupted event, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending
You can stop using UShow and delete your account at any time. We may stop offering accounts or cloud backup with at least 30 days' notice by email, so you have time to export or restore your content.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before important changes take effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
