Delete your account

You can delete your UShow account yourself, inside the app, at any time.

In the app

1. Open UShow and go to Setup › Account.
2. At the bottom, choose Delete account…
3. Enter your password, type DELETE, and choose Delete account.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on that computer.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and password.
• Your sign-ins on every computer.
• Your church's cloud backup, if you are its only member.

Our server keeps nightly copies of its account database for 14 days in case we need to recover from a failure. Your deleted account is gone from those copies within 14 days.

What stays

Your library on your own computer (songs, presentations, media and settings) stays where it is. UShow keeps working without an account.

If you can't sign in

Reset your password from the sign-in screen in UShow first. If that doesn't work, email support@u-show.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.
