- your UShow version (Setup › Account on Windows, or the UShow menu › About UShow on a Mac),
- your computer and which version of Windows or macOS it runs,
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead,
- a screenshot, if you can take one.
Before Sunday
We are a small team, so we can't promise an answer during your service. A day or two before, set up and run through the service on the computer you will use, with the same screens connected.
Common questions
The projector shows my desktop, not UShow
On a Mac, open System Settings › Displays (System Preferences on older versions of macOS) and set the projector to extend your desktop, not mirror it. On Windows, press the Windows key and P, then choose Extend. Then choose which screen is the main screen in UShow's Setup.
My phone can't reach the remote
The phone and the computer must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Some guest networks keep devices apart. If yours does, join the staff network instead.
NDI output doesn't appear in OBS or vMix
UShow needs the free NDI runtime, which you install once from the NDI website. Check that both computers are on the same network.
How do I bring my ProPresenter songs across?
Open UShow on the computer that has ProPresenter 7 and go to Setup › Data. UShow reads your ProPresenter library without changing it and shows you what came across.
